Session 3 2025

Start Date: March 31 - May 22

 Regular Zoom Sessions: 5:15 AM, 7:00 AM, 4:00 PM, and 6:00 PM PST


Weekly Structure:

- Monday-Wednesday: Strength Workouts

- Thursday: Mobility/Flexibility

Equipment Needed: Your body weight, dumbbells (3-5 lbs.), bands, and a journal for tracking.
